The Supreme Court has decided to hear three cases that involves the Executive office refusing to cooperate with the Congressional subpoenas.  The mere fact they decided to hear this case shows the potential for resounding support by the Supreme Court of the President’s claims that he need not comply and sets the basis for yet another element of support proving the basis that many claim that the entire House Kangaroo Court proceedings are Partisan Politics over Process and are simply the weaponization of Impeachment against a duly elected President they do not feel deserves to be in power against the will of the American people.
