Via Long Beach, all those shipping containers, some of which contain guns & ammo, RPGs, etc. And .. tanks and fighter jets in parts, that can be “quick-assembled”. Long Beach must be shut down, all the “stuff” confiscated, and the entire port turned back over to the US Navy for immediate use. And .. bring back the “Big Mo”! and any other Naval ship in mothballs. Anything that still floats, get it refurbished and reactivated!

Seeing as how we owe China 1.34 Trillion do you actually think they are going to kill that debt by a war. If they attack us our government will cancel all our debt to China. and with its 6.2 trillion debt hanging over its head, they can’t afford to take us out without putting their country back about a Century or more.
This is all theater and posturing by ego maniacs. China is full of bluster and BS, so we must understand they are not that stupid, so lets stop all the hype until something truly causes our hackles to rise.

I like you laddie and think you do a good job and have a good heart……but this notion that the USA and so called allies are to stop trading with China…..well…I’m afraid that is a pipe dream. that idea is about 25 years too late. The USA is going down and there is NOTHING that can be done about it unless the country entered a 30 day fast of repentance. Plain and simple my good man. Amen!!! They have always had a long range plan. There is a official document that is part of this doctrine that was read in as China’s official stance several decades ago if I remember the timing correctly. Our intelligence networks are at least aware at the highest levels. The doctrine summed up is: for China to survive and advance they feel that occupying and subjugating North America, particularly the USA so that they can own our “bread basket”. And now also other other natural resources. Remember that China doesn’t really have all that much airable land, natural resources and some regions are highly toxic due to the fact that they don’t agree too or cheat blantantly on environment toxins agreements. And the left seems completely willing to look the other way when it comes to China, and the Rino’s are pretty much the same. The U.S. is taking aim at a major Chinese development plan in response to the alleged theft of American intellectual property and forced technology transfer.
The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative released a list Tuesday of around 1,300 Chinese products subject to punitive tariffs of roughly 25 percent. The proposed trade penalties are expected to come at about $50 billion for the Chinese. “This level is appropriate in light of the estimated harm to the U.S. economy,” the USTR explained, adding the goal is the “elimination of China’s harmful acts, policies and practices.”
“The total value of imports subject to the tariff increase is commensurate with an economic analysis of the harm caused by China’s unreasonable technology transfer policies to the US economy, as covered by USTR’s Section 301 investigation,” the relevant report stated.
When selecting Chinese products, government trade analysts focused on “products that benefit from Chinese industrial policies, including Made in China 2025” while striving to reduce the impact on Americans. The Made in China 2025 strategy is an ambitious state plan to ensure Chinese domination in emerging industries of particular importance, such as advanced robotics and aerospace technology. The goods on the USTR’s list include Chinese electronics, machinery and equipment, health care goods, and a number of other products.
The major Made in China 2025 strategy was announced two years ago and enjoys tremendous state support, which led to complaints state subsidies and beneficial government policies give Chinese companies an unfair advantage in global markets.

The trade penalties target products and technology that advance Beijing’s industrial development goals, punishing China for advancing its interests at the expense of other countries. The tariffs have yet to go into effect, while China is already threatening to retaliate against American products, escalating a trade war many have long feared would come.
“As the Chinese saying goes, it is only polite to reciprocate,” the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C., said in a statement, adding Beijing will take “corresponding measures of equal scale and strength against U.S. products.”
The embassy “strongly condemns and firmly opposes the unfounded Section 301 investigation and the proposed list of products and tariff increases based on the investigation,” it said. “It serves neither China’s interest nor U.S. interest, even less the interest of the global economy,” the embassy added.
China and the U.S. have already begun trading barbs over the tough steel and aluminum tariffs President Donald Trump announced in early March. The latest move is expected to increase tension in the bilateral U.S.-China relationship. Note

LONG BEACH DESK – The Long Beach Naval Station was tentatively placed on the Military Base Closure-List by president George Bush in 1991. President Bill Clinton, closed the naval base last in 1993. That resulted in the loss to Long Beach, California of 17,500 military and civilian jobs. The economic impact of the of loss was $52.5 million and drove the California economy into the tank. It has never recovered.
Between 1995-1996, during the heat of the Clinton-Gore Campaign fund raising activity, the Clinton administration actively intervened to make sure a Communist Chinese cargo container shipping interest got a too-good deal on a Long Beach, California, shipping terminal.
The Secretary of the Navy has formally turned the base over to the City of Long Beach. But, the Port of Long Beach has signed a letter of intent to lease the property to the China Ocean Shipping Co., a steamship line run by the Communist Chinese government.
