There are accidents, there are failures and then there are malicious attacks. What just happened to the U.S.’s power grid was no accident. Over 20+ probes / scans have been detected. Is someone testing the weakness in our grid? What are they preparing for? More important, what should you be prepared for?! I worked for one of the largest power companies. We were being probed all the time and I started in 2007. Big circuits would go down leaving thousands without power. The same story, no problem found! Mgmt. knew about this Im sure! It was always a different county & never the same circuit, good weather, very little or no wind. Other power companies were experiencing the same, Excel, Avista, PSE, PG&E etc. Who it was, we never knew, but it was happening!
