BILL GATES. PFIZER. A DUTCH COURTROOM. AND TWO WORDS THAT JUST TURNED AN EXTRAORDINARY COVID LAWSUIT INTO AN INTERNATIONAL HEADLINE: BIOLOGICAL WEAPON.

On October 22, 2026, a Dutch court heard arguments in a civil lawsuit naming Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, and numerous other defendants.

The plaintiffs allege they were deliberately misled about COVID-19 vaccinations and are seeking compensation for injuries they attribute to the injections. Their attorney went considerably further, characterizing the vaccines as biological weapons and alleging coordinated deception.

The defendants reject those allegations. No court has established that COVID vaccines were biological weapons or that Gates participated in a conspiracy.

But there’s another extraordinary twist.

Bill Gates previously challenged the Dutch court’s authority to hear the claims against him. In October 2024, the court rejected that jurisdictional challenge. Now the case has reached a substantive hearing, with a decision expected no earlier than December 9, 2026, and potentially as late as February 2027.
