Recently, videos depicting Joe Biden’s apparent cognitive decline have gone viral, prompting a contentious and hilarious response from the left. They dismiss these videos as “out of context” or even “cheap fakes,” suggesting they are edited deceptively and created in bad faith. Here a word from our White House. OK, not that one, this one. Notably, both NBC News and AP have engaged in fact-checking to dispute what many perceive as undeniable footage. Fact checking reality, I certainly never saw that elective in college…but then again I didn’t wear Birkenstock in school either so maybe I simply can’t understand their illogical sense and sensibilities.
Let’s start with one example. In the clip you see on your screen we clearly see Joe Biden freezing up, I covered this for you yesterday. However today, the AP decides to run a “FACT-CHECK” on the claim. Their conclusion is this (quote read on the video).
That is just one of many cover ups we’re about to cover for you here to show you how desperate, how despicable and how unethical the Corporate Government Media Machine actual is in their attempts to re-write reality while assuming you’re dumb enough to believe them. NBC News, in a widely criticized post, attempted to define these videos as “cheap fakes,” contrasting them with more sophisticated “deepfakes” created using AI technology. This categorization has raised eyebrows, particularly in light of coordinated messaging that seems aligned with the White House.
For instance, during a G7 flag ceremony, Biden appeared to wander off while world leaders were assembling for a photo. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni intervened to guide him back, a moment that fact-checkers interpreted as Biden “paying respects to a paratrooper,” despite the visual evidence suggesting otherwise.
“The NBC News video angle clearly includes what the others did not: the group of kneeling parachutists who were only steps away from Biden. As they’re kneeling, Biden walks toward them, stops and gives them two thumbs-up. At least one of them appears to acknowledge Biden by standing at attention.
Meloni does pull Biden back to the group as someone appears to begin speaking, but there’s no indication in the NBC News video that Biden was unaware of his surroundings. “
In another instance, a video circulated showing Biden engaging in what some described as a peculiar interaction with the Pope, with claims of inappropriate behavior. Surprisingly, this incident did not receive a debunking, indicating a selective approach to fact-checking by media outlets. No one could have done anything to hide this pope sniffing moment, but Milei’s reaction to Biden nuzzling Pope Francis is beyond hilarious.
Now back to the ‘freezing clip‘; and that AP fact check.

replaced the word “froze” with “paused,” & added some additional flowery language about “cheers and applause.” Boom, “fact check.” As an aside, interesting that such an intense degree of attention is being paid to arguing over what, when compared to all of the various other public lapses we’ve seen of Biden over the last couple of years (incoherence & babbling, falls, distractible wandering, hallucinating dead ppl as alive etc.) is fairly tame. If I was a conspiratorial type I would say the WH & their media mouthpieces are furiously trying to set the expectations bar as low as humanly possible for the debate stage in the next couple of weeks. Framing is everything

Many had comments on this one, as well the should. Even Elon Musk chimed in.
But to prove the point even further, the old adage of do what I say and not what I do comes into full focus. Here is

I’m sure this will get just as much coverage as the daily “BiDeN oLd” story gets.” Now not so fast you little dirty fact checker, here is the full clip . Now you see, I guess what’s good for the goose is not good for the gander, but isn’t that always the way the left plays.
To conclude and not to be outdone Joe Scarborough and Mika make fools of themselves attempting to parrot White House talking points about ‘Fake’ Footage of old man Joe!
