As a person who has experienced Direct Energy Weapons attacks since October 11, 2016, every single day, with no let up, I am encouraged every time I see a report exposing this program. Most people have no idea what our government is doing to thousands of INNOCENT Americans. Microwave weapons attacks collapsed my trachea, burned my legs over and over causing Lymphedema, caused shrinking of the blood vessels in my brain, among other health issues. 24/7 my body is heated up.internally, with microwave weapons attacks enabled by chip implants done without my permission during eye surgery and a surgical.procedure to my neck. This type of weapon is called Radio Frequency Remote Controlled Torture. I cannot tell anyone. I have ice packs shoved in my clothes at all times. My reputation has been so sullied by manufactured evidence, people think I deserve this. This program recruits average citizens to run surveillance on Targeted Individuals, for which most are paid with $100 gift cards. The malice and sneering from these paid neighbors is as difficult to endure as the torture.
