Once again in the ongoing battle between China and the U.S., the U.S. is not the victor. This time in the world of military tech…actually really cool military tech. As advancements in technology continue, occasionally, you come across an ‘actual’ cost savings opportunity. Well, the U.S. and Chinese militaries have found an artillery shell that costs only about $25,000…in comparison to previous $1.5 million dollar missiles that does the same job. This is just the beginning of why this tech has become so desirable.
Unfortunately, we are discussing another cog in the ever growing war machine. At times, even I, take pause and just appreciate what is created…even if for only a second while once again the horrors of war take center stage. It is a necessary evil for us to defend ourselves, to keep Americans safe and our homeland secure. The only problem, is we are way behind public enemy #1…China…and it’s time we catch up quick.
