Well down here in South Texas with all the wild animal abundance, I’ll stick with deer/wild pig/wild turkey/rabbit/ squirrel etc. season(s). Fishing/crabbing/shrimping on the Gulf. Fast food is dull at best. Flavorful wildlife with a big garden will be theses items on my table. Man imitates – God creates.

I will be raising my chickens, turkeys and cattle until 2047. (I’ll be 94 years old then.) People come to me to ask for meat and or animals without me even advertising. A couple of weeks ago I tried an “almost meat” breakfast sandwich from a well known fast food take-out restaurant . It was horrible! Tasted like a sponge. Never again! Real turkey tastes so much better than “Almost Turkey’. God made cattle and chickens and turkeys with just a spoken word. We are trying to decimate them.
